WHY THIS MATTERS

It's not a Drive. It's not a Google Form. It's the source of truth.

The production company works in Producit. You're not seeing a copy, or an export, or a "vendor-friendly" version. You're seeing the same data the production company sees — scoped to your show.

If the PO changed, you see it. If the production company approved your change request, you see it. If there's a pending sign-off, you know exactly what's missing.

No "I'll send you the updated PDF". No "I'll confirm by WhatsApp". No three versions of the document floating around.

How long does the magic-link last?
The production company sets it — typically from confirmation through financial close of the show.
Can I upload large files?
Yes. Technical plots, plans, reference videos. If you exceed the plan limit, we'll tell you ahead of time.
What if there are changes after sign-off?
Each change triggers a new magic-link to the updated show. If you opened a change request and the production company approves it, you see the new version immediately.
Do I have a history of my shows with that production company?
Yes, inside that production company's workspace. If you work with several production companies that use Producit, each workspace is independent.
Can my competitors see the data?
No. Each vendor only sees the shows they're working on, scoped by the production company.
Does it work on my phone?
