FOR PROMOTERS

Your show, no lost chats.

Access by show, not by account. You approve, you sign, you watch the progress — without downloading anything, without creating anything new.

§ 01
WHAT YOU'RE DEALING WITH

Producing a show should be exciting. Not exhausting.

We know what it's like to coordinate a show with an outside production company. We did it for years before building Producit. These are the problems we hear in every conversation with promoters:

PROBLEM #01

Three WhatsApp groups and nobody knows what the latest version is.

The original brief, the rider revisions, the hospitality changes, the budget adjustment — all spread across parallel chats. When something goes wrong, nobody knows which version we were on.

PROBLEM #02

Changes that arrive by email and get lost.

"Confirming the backline change at 6pm Tuesday." Three weeks later, nobody knows whether that change was signed off or if the production company actually applied it. Auditing it means chasing the team.

PROBLEM #03

You have to guess if the rider was sorted out.

The artist asked for a specific table for the in-ear monitor. It was mentioned on a call. Three days before the show, nobody knows whether it's confirmed, pending, or ignored.

§ 02
WHAT THE ACCESS GIVES YOU

One screen. The whole show, in real time.

When the production company gives you access, you see your show in the same system they use. It's not a parallel version or an exported report — it's the source of truth, scoped to your show.

What's available:

  • Show status: in planning · confirmed · signed · executed · closed.
  • Tracked changes: every modification has a timestamp and an author. If something changed, you know when and who.
  • Quotes: approved, pending, rejected. No more "I'll send you the updated PDF" by email.
  • Documents: rider, contract, technical plot, hospitality. Current version, always.
  • Pending approvals: what the production company needs you to sign or respond to.
  • Upcoming commitments to you: deliverables, payments, sign-offs with a clear date.
◉ PLACEHOLDER · SCREENSHOT PENDING

Promoter view — stakeholder window, show in real time.

§ 03
HOW YOU GET IN

No registration. No app. No password.

01
The production company enables your show access.
They add you as a guest on that specific show, with permissions they define (read, comment, approve).
02
You get a magic-link by email.
Click the link, you're in. No password, no new account. The link is secure, unique, and temporary.
03
You enter the show workspace.
Just that show, just what the production company authorized. When the event ends or access expires, the link is invalidated.
◉ SINGLE SOURCE · NO PARALLEL VERSIONS
§ 04
QUESTIONS YOU'RE ASKING

Preguntas que te haces.

Do I have to create an account?
No. Magic-link to your email, done.
Can my competitors see anything about my show?
Nothing. Each promoter only sees the show they booked with that production company. Workspaces are isolated.
Can I download the information?
Yes. Documents, quotes, and changes export to PDF and CSV.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, responsive web. There's no native app for guests — you log in from the browser.
What if I have to approve something urgent after hours?
The link works 24/7. If the production company enabled remote approval, you can sign from wherever you are.
What happens when the show is over?
Access stays as long as the production company keeps it open (typically until financial close). After that it's deactivated automatically.
